Art Opening by Trisha Grabel

Westerly Village member Trisha Grabel will open her new "Creative Expressions" art exhibition on Saturday, November 11. The exhibition will be shown in the Art Studio, floor 2. Admission is free and there will be light refreshments. All the art works in this show are for sale. Prices range from $50 -$500. Sizes vary from 9”x12” to 18”x24”.

Trisha's 22 expressionist style paintings range from seascapes, landscapes, and florals to portraits of people and pets. She also welcomes commissioned paintings. "I use photographs as a springboard for my renditions. Then I fill my compositions with bold, bright, colors, and built-up textures, which express my feelings. My ultimate goal is to stir up the thoughts and emotions of my viewer." After the opening on Saturday, November 11th , "Creative Expressions" will continue everyday through Saturday, December 9th from 9am-6pm.
