Jumpstart your Happiness Quotient |
Join us on Wednesday March 29, 2023 at 7:30 PM for a one-hour, in-depth conversation on the many benefits of volunteering. Specifically, its effect on one's level of happiness, well-being, and mental health.
Caroline Gangji, Executive Director of The Village Common of Rhode Island, will share with us the positive impacts volunteering has had in her line of work and how developing meaningful connections are a key component to increasing one's happiness quotient. Laura Cole, Volunteer Coordinator, will then introduce JCS volunteers who will speak firsthand on the impact volunteering has had on each of their lives. There will be plenty of time for questions to be answered. JCS Connect is a series of virtual sessions that informs and educates community members about critical issues in our community and the work JCS is doing to help combat these challenges.
