About this event

Age-Friendly Planning in Action:
A Decade of Discovery and Impact
What does it mean to create age-friendly communities
and why is this important, especially now?
For the past decade, Sylvia von Aulock and her team at Southern NH Planning Commission have asked communities in their region, How are communities preparing to serve the needs for the growing senior population?, and on the flip side, How can they attract younger adults?
SNHPC has created key partnerships with state, regional, and local agencies, interested communities, and other key stakeholders to address the many challenges of aging. Join Sylvia as she takes you on SNHPS’s journey of age-friendly planning including ten years of discovery, partnerships, and joy in making a difference. https://www.facebook.com/AgeFriendlyRI/
