(Volunteer Self-Signup)
What is VSS? The Volunteer Self-Signup system within Club Express allows volunteers to sign up directly for open service requests — regardless of the member’s village.
Who is this for? This training is designed for volunteers who take service requests (such as rides, errands, tech support, and light household maintenance) and want to learn how to use VSS to manage and accept these requests more efficiently.
How it works: Volunteers (both members and non-members) can log into the Volunteer Self-Signup module on the TVCRI website at any time to view all open service requests across local villages. Based on the services you’re signed up to provide in Club Express, you can directly choose and sign up for requests that fit your availability.
Important: Participation in VSS is completely optional, but it’s a great tool to give you more flexibility and visibility into available opportunities.
