Presenters from May 1, Sandra Cullen and Jamie Sanford will serve as your tour guides for the in-person visit on May 29th.
The site visit will begin at Winslow Gardens, an assisted living community focused on supportive, person-centered care. From there, participants will walk directly to The Loft at Linn, a memory care assisted living program located on the same campus. This visit offers a unique opportunity to explore two distinct care environments side by side, hear directly from leadership, and gain insight into how innovative models of senior living support residents with varying levels of need.
