Scams and Frauds Informational Session
Please join the Office of Attorney General, Elder Abuse Unit, for a presentation on topics that today’s older adults are facing every day.
In today’s world, elder abuse comes in all forms, from physical violence to financial exploitation, with perpetrators ranging from family members to foreign scam artists. Topics of discussion will include abuse, fraud schemes, current scam trends, identity theft and resources available to protect older adults from becoming a victim.
